We want you to be obsessed with your Jaded London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Generate Your Label
Select your preferred carrier method in the portal to download a pre-paid shipping label or receive a QR code for paperless drop-off.
Drop Off & Refund
Take your package to the nearest drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
